How to Return an Item

  1. Package Your Return: Place your item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Attach your RAN and proof of purchase. 
  1. Ship the Package: Ship your return according to the instructions provided in your RAN email. Note: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.

Refunds 

  1. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Exchanges

Shipping Costs 

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Handling Fees 

A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for all returns that are not the result of our error.
